🌍 Lemuria Is Not a Place. It Is a Frequency.

A Soul’s Remembrance Through the Light of Babaji

Have you ever felt homesick for a place you’ve never been? Not a city, not a country—but a vibration? A kind of peace and light that you didn’t learn about, yet somehow deeply remember?

I have. And the more I walk this spiritual path—following the teachings of Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Nisargadatta, Sri Ramakrishna, Lalleshwari, Lahiri Mahasaya, Ramana Maharshi, Adi Shankara, and others—the more I recognize that I’m not learning something new. I’m remembering what’s always been within me.

And perhaps that’s the deepest truth about Lemuria: it was never lost. It was never destroyed. It simply shifted out of reach when our consciousness grew too heavy—with fear, greed, separation. But it remains alive in the soul’s memory. And now, in this age of awakening, it is calling us home.

🌀 The Lemurian Frequency: A State, Not a Story

In a powerful video titled "Babaji Reveals the Secret of Lemuria", a beautiful teaching flows forth—not just about Lemuria as a lost land, but as a frequency we still carry in our cells.

“When souls remember what they have never learned
”

That line touches something deep. In Lemuria, people didn’t live to exist—they existed to be. There were no wars, no religions, no hierarchies. Just beings who lived in unity with the earth, with each other, and with the divine. Their language was frequency. Their healing was presence. Their technology was consciousness.

The brain: a transmitter.
The heart: the frequency of love.
The spine: an interdimensional antenna.
The pineal gland: the satellite dish to the infinite.

And they activated it all—not with machines—but with breath, silence, and being.

đŸ§˜â€â™‚ïž Babaji: Stillness as Transmission

Mahavatar Babaji did not come to teach methods. He came to transmit remembrance. The video doesn’t depict him as a guru handing out techniques, but as a being of such purity that his stillness awakens something dormant within us.

“Babaji did not come to lead you. He came to stand still until you remember the way back.”

This echoes what I’ve long felt in my practice of Kriya Yoga. The breath isn’t just a means to relax—it’s a cosmic dial, turning us back to our original vibration. When I enter that stillness, I’m not acquiring knowledge. I’m returning to something that I never truly left. Something sacred, silent, and vast.

💎 Signs of Lemurian Memory

The teaching describes several signs that the Lemurian code is awakening within us. They resonated so precisely, it felt like someone had looked into my soul:

Not because you’re special. But because you’re tuned. Because you carry a vibration that the world desperately needs now—not to dominate, but to soften, clarify, and uplift.

“The Lemurians don’t try to change anyone. They become so pure that everything around them changes automatically.”

Isn’t that what all true sages embody? From Ramana Maharshi’s silent gaze to Nisargadatta’s uncompromising clarity, they don’t convince—they radiate.

🔼 Meditation as Sacred Remembrance

The video culminates in a gentle meditation—what Babaji calls a return, not a method. There’s no striving. No posture to perfect. Just presence. Just being still enough for what’s eternal to rise.

“You don’t need to go to Lemuria. Just breathe. Lemuria will come to you.”

And as the inner light awakens, Babaji encourages us to silently speak this vow:

“May every small action of mine bring the frequency of Lemuria into the world.
May every step be a reminder to souls who have forgotten the light they once had.
I have not come to teach anyone. I have come to be a living memory.”

These words moved me to tears. Because isn’t this the call of our time? Not to argue or convert, but to be the presence of light—a remembrance in human form.

đŸŒș You Were Never Separate

At the end of the meditation, the voice says:

“Do not try to remember. Just know:
A very deep part of you has just awakened.”

And I believe that’s true for me. And perhaps for you, if your soul stirred while reading this. Lemuria isn’t a fantasy. It’s a symbol of what we were before the illusion of separation, and what we are returning to—individually and collectively.

“Lemuria is not just where you once lived.
It is you, when you live as if you have never left the light.”

🕯 Call to Action: Be the Memory

If this touched something in you—if you’ve ever felt that deep ache for a spiritual home you couldn’t name—consider this your invitation.

You don’t need to change the world. Just become so clear, so loving, so true, that the frequency of Lemuria—of pure being—flows through you without effort.

Let every moment be a ritual of presence, harmony, and awareness.
